Use your fleet card at any Road Ranger Travel Center and enjoy all the great benefits of our Fleet Advantage program. We offer two fleet fuel cards: our Local fleet fuel card is perfect for fleets of one to five vehicles, while our OTR fuel card is intended for fleets of five and more vehicles.
With our quick and easy application, you’ll be all set! And better still, our Fleet Advantage program is completely compatible with our Roady's Rewards Program. Upon approval of your application, you can begin using your new fuel card immediately! No waiting for your “real” card to arrive! Apply – get approved – and start pumping!

How Does Fleet Advantage Work?
Simply present your card at the time of purchase, enter your four-digit driver security ID for authorization (excellent security protection for reducing fraud), and start pumping! It’s that easy! After every purchase, your fuel receipt will be available to view online. Your online account updates automatically after each purchase so you can easily and quickly manage your costs efficiently - with no hassle.
Did you lose your card – or did it get stolen? No problem. Simply notify Fleet One within 48 hours following the receipt of your Fleet One invoice.
Big or Small - Fleet Advantage Works For You
The Road Ranger Fuel Card will work for you and help advance your fleet regardless of the size of your business. Big or small – Fleet Advantage will work for you!
- Your card is valid at all participating Road Ranger Travel Plazas and Fuel Stops offering diesel
- Program participation is contingent upon Fleet One credit approval
- No finance charges are incurred when the balance is paid in full each month
- Fleet Advantage is eligible to use in conjunction with the Road Ranger Roady's Rewards Program
- Use of the Road Ranger Fuel Card constitutes acceptance by the cardholder in the terms and conditions of the program.
